We believe that theatre is more than just a performance—it's a powerful tool for personal growth, confidence-building, and community connection. Our experienced instructors are passionate about guiding students through the magic of storytelling, character development, and stagecraft, ensuring a rich and fulfilling experience for all participants.

Lindsey Duoos Williams
Educational Programs Director
A Minneapolis native, brings a wealth of experience and passion to the Rochester Civic Theatre. With a lifelong dedication to theater education, her career spans acting, directing, producing, stage management, and design. Her professional journey began in Southern California, where she honed her craft at renowned venues such as the Old Globe Theatre, San Diego Musical Theatre, and North Coast Repertory Theatre.
In addition to her practical experience, Lindsey has made significant contributions to theater education. She served as the Theatre Director at Riverland Community College in Austin, Minnesota, for thirteen years. There, she created the state’s only Associate of Fine Arts (AFA) degree program in Musical Theatre, empowering students to pursue their dreams in the performing arts. Lindsey currently serves as the co-Chair of Region 5 of the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (KCACTF) and was a 2021 recipient of the Road Warrior Award.
Haili Holman
Improv & Theatre Mini Camp Teacher
Haili Holman is thrilled to be a part of the Rochester Civic Theatre family! She has previously appeared in RCT productions as Truvy in Steel Magnolias, as the understudy for Rapunzel’s Prince and Lucinda in Into The Woods, and as Viney in The Miracle Worker. Most recently, Haili directed Once Upon a Crime at RCT. In addition to her work at RCT, Haili serves as the theatre director at Century High School and runs her own small business.
Brianna Ahlbrecht

Brianna Ahlbrecht has been passionately involved with the Rochester Civic Theatre since January 2023. She received her BFA in theatre from Riverland in 2020, but she journey in the arts began when she was just 11, both on stage and behind the scenes. She's participated in many productions, some of her favorites include Beauty and the Beast with Prairie Fire Children’s Theatre, Mamma Mia at Riverland, and Legally Blonde with Rochester Civic Theatre. Bri had enjoyed encouraging young minds to explore their creativity and try something new.
